Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance policies and objectives.
• Support and assist associates to achieve sales and profit objectives established for the district.
• Control expenses, shrinkage and inventory levels.
• Order products, stock shelves, set plano-grams and create promotional displays.
• Ensure the appearance of the store interior and exterior are maintained to company policies.
• Build customer loyality, achieve and maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring that service standards are high and customer issues are efficiently resolved.
