Cusstomer Experience Supervisor's primary responsibility is executing the day-to-day action plan developed by the leadership team to ensue effective and efficient store operation. Focuses primarily on the areas of customer engagement including the sales floor, fitting room, and cash wrap. To service as LOD to provide sales floor and store operations supervision as required. Supports the leadership team in fostering a positive work enviroment by role modeling Gap Inc. Purpose Values and Behaviors.

Required Qualfications:
Communicate effectively with staff and management, even under pressure.
Follow written and verable instruction.
Give basic direction to associate level employees.
Effectively communicate with all levels of staff.

Experience:
Previous experience in retail preferred.

Schedule Requirements:
Open availability and flexibility to work nights and weekends, including opening and closing shifts to meet the needs of the business.
